As a retired United States US Navy Supply Corps Officer, I understand the importance of having a carefully established roadmap for a client’s current financial plan. This enables our team to concretely evaluate progress toward the intended goals and determine the client’s overall commitment to following the plan.

Utilizing the CFP financial planning practice standards as well as values-based financial planning, I have dedicated my practice to creating financial plans tailored to each client’s goals and dreams. Breaking down the necessary action items to work toward those goals, I hold annual and quarterly meetings to help clients stay accountable and track their progress.

As a proud military spouse of a Retired Army Medic, I understand the challenges that military families face and have extensive knowledge about the lifestyle and their military benefits. As Client Relations Manager for Pam, I leverage my organizational leadership experience to manage all aspects of the practice. This includes reviewing the new business workflow, supervising the underwriting process, maintaining client records, implementation of compliance procedures, and providing ongoing first class service and support to our clients. Dedicated to developing intelligent business practices, I act as a liaison to the various departments and investment managers, investment fund companies, custodians and insurance companies.

For over 15 years our independent financial planning team has helped hundreds of families and business owners pursue financial independence. Whether you are starting a new family, buying a home, running a business or preparing for retirement, we help our clients manage each aspect of their financial journey from start to finish. We are dedicated to developing financial plans tailored to each client’s needs and assisting them in taking the actions necessary to work towards their financial goals.

As Administrative Assistant, I support Pam and our team by overseeing client systems and platforms, ensuring information is accurate, organized, and flowing seamlessly across our planning process. I also assist with document preparation and web-based workflow management, helping keep our work efficient, reliable, and well-coordinated.

I am a detail-oriented administrative professional with more than 20 years of experience connecting people and technology. I bring a strong enthusiasm for innovation and a natural ability to pick up projects quickly. Known for my thoughtful, analytical approach, I have a talent for using data to identify issues early and implement corrective measures that improve efficiency over time.

Throughout my career, I built expertise in document control, logistics, and process improvement. My background includes roles in manufacturing sales, higher education administration, electrical procurement, and staffing supervision. These experiences have strengthened my ability to manage complex systems, support cross-functional teams, and bring structure to dynamic environments, all skills I apply daily in supporting our planning efforts.

In addition to my professional work, I am actively involved in my community. I serve as Fundraising Chair and Popcorn Kernel for Cub Scout Pack 748 in Green Mountain, Colorado, supporting local scouting initiatives.

Outside of the office, I am a Colorado native. I met my partner, Patrick, at the University of Northern Colorado. Together we have three children: Bella, Patrick, and Amelia. As a family, we love books, baking, gardening, and thrifting. When we’re not off on scouting adventures, we can usually be found enjoying time together at home.

Serving as Client Contact Specialist, Isabella is responsible for scheduling appointments and supporting Holly with the day-to-day operations.

Isabella brings a warm and friendly presence to the office - traits that run in the family. As Holly’s niece, she grew up witnessing the care and dedication we bring to our client community and enjoys contributing to that same experience firsthand.

Before joining our team, Isabella spent five years managing her father’s restaurant, where she developed exceptional communication skills and a deep appreciation for helping people. Her ability to connect with others, stay organized, and jump into new challenges makes her a great fit for this role.

Outside of work, Isabella enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Some of her creative outlets include annotating her Bible and making heartfelt gifts for her loved ones.

As Client Service Coordinator, Nici is responsible for providing world-class service and support to our clients and helps resolve any complex client challenges. She also works to enhance our clients' overall experience by ensuring that they have access to their accounts and the information they need to pursue their financial goals.

While Pam focuses on the investments, financial planning, and the advisor/client relationship, Nici fills in the gaps by striving to understand the needs of the practice and taking direction from the team to address the clients’ goals and objectives.

Born in South Africa, much of Nici’s youth was spent living overseas. Eventually she settled in Maryland, and after working for various IT/government contractors, she married her husband who is now retired from the United States Air Force. When he took her around the world again, Nici focused on raising their two children. Today, she and her husband are almost empty nesters.
